Sarah Crane O'Neill, PLLC

Though we may not always notice, life is always changing and we are constantly adapting and evolving. Sometimes this feels smooth or even exciting, and other times it’s rocky, jarring, and painful. Perhaps you’re facing a change related to aging or hormones, illness, death, relationships, jobs, a move, children arriving or growing up, or current events in the world... and the list goes on. Or maybe you're trying to make a difficult decision. Counseling with me provides a safe space to reflect, grieve what you may have lost or risk losing, make sense of your present reality, reconnect with yourself and your values, and find a path forward.
One life transition I have extensive personal and professional experience with is becoming a parent and adding a new child to one’s family. As a clinician, case manager and workshop facilitator over the past thirteen years, I have worked with many parents, new and seasoned, birth, foster, and adoptive, in a variety of circumstances. On a personal level, my husband and I have two elementary-age birth children. I come to the topic of parenthood and parenting with a lot of humility, curiosity, and respect for individual experiences. For more information, please see my “Parenting Support” Area of Focus page.
